Apex Maritime Training & Research Institute (AMTRI) is located at Mani Tower, Kalwar Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan. AMTRI is equipped with state of the art facilities to impart Education, Training & Skill to Seafarers for the Post Sea Courses.
AMTRI would comply with Training Requirement as established by D.G. Shipping Mumbai , Govt. of India. AMTRI would provide Training Requirements as established by the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for Seafarers (STCW), 1978 as a amended in 2010 (Manila Amendments) .

AMTRI would provide world class infrastructure to Seafarers in their home state.
Currently Seafarers from the state have to Travel to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and other parts of the Country for completing their POST-SEA Courses.
